WHAT MAKES ROMERO ENTERPRISE STAND OUT FORM THE COMPETION WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING IN THE AREAS OF TILE, STONE AND HOME IMPROVEMENT

  •   30 years of continuous work in the tile, stone and handyman construction industry.
  •   $120,000.00 invested in warehouse, materials, equipment, extra schooling and outside expert help.  2,500 hours of sweat equity to get this training project to launch stage.
  •   Educated with degrees and certifications in business, construction technology, safety and civil engineering.
  •   Own all needed equipment to produce quality videos for my tile and stone construction training programs.  Have warehouse space that is dedicated to video production, with all the lights, microphones, cameras, computers, software, stage, props and miscellaneous gear needed to produce videos that I can teach from.
  •   Comfortable and experienced in speech and presentations.  I am the “talent” in my training videos
  •   Past customers, owners of tile/stone business’s, employees of tile/stone stores say I’m one of the best in my trade
  •   Developed book, workbook and videos on what I think are the most needed training tasks in the tile, stone and related construction tasks for the tile and stone trades
  •   Built a very good alliance in post education with my past professors at Fresno State University, CA.  My business, construction management and video production professors have all said that my training project venture has a very good chance of being successful.
  •   Five star contractor on different web sights, AAA insurance bond rating on # 547212 California State License and never a write up to the Better Business Bureau against Romero Enterprise.
  •   Own all needed tools and equipment to make the training program work:  ¾ ton truck, 5,000 lb. forklift, five tile saws of different capacities, ladders, pallet racks, all needed power tools and hand tools, safety equipment.
  •   Over the years I have built a big list of VIP’s that believe my tile and stone training venture is a good idea, these include company presidents of tile and stone products and services, chairman of training vocational programs on the government and private levels, executives of marketing and management, leaders of tile associations, experts in tile and stone, public officials in education and leaders of vocational training at city colleges.
  •   I have many PROOFS that my system will work from feasibility of success, demand for service, need for training, cost analysis breakdown and more.  The economy is finally to the point where construction in California is poised to be large enough to warrant demand in vocational training.  January 2016 California is giving schools 300 million dollars to provide continued education in career training.  January 2016 the Obama administration allocated three billion dollars for summer jobs and training for first time youth workers.
  •   I have the necessary resources, experience, contacts, training and completed training products to start this construction training venture now.  The time is here and the money at the local, state and federal level is finally available.
  •   This project has several other areas of interest: education for the consumer of tile and stone, training to become a licensed contractor in California, book of what happens in the trade of tile construction, seminars at show rooms retail stores and home shows.  My instructor of marketing and entrepreneurial would say that my project has “legs”.
